With 16 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 5 years at directorial level,
Jack founded Sales 360 to provide innovative lead generation solutions. His background in creative communications and extensive experience across various industries enable him to deliver impactful strategies that drive results.
Jack is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of modern sales and marketing to achieve measurable success.
Outside of work, Jack is also a huge Nottingham Forest fan.
With a career spanning three decades, Nick brings extensive experience in HR and leadership.
Having held senior roles at Bloor Homes, Thames Ambulance Service, and Alton Towers Resort, he managed HR for over 2,500 employees.

He has a proven track record in driving operational improvements, leading teams, and implementing strategic initiatives that deliver results.

At Sales 360, Nick applies his expertise in people management and business strategy to drive sales and encourage sustainable growth.

Outside work, Nick, like his son Jack, shares a passion for Nottingham Forest.
Simon is the Sales Director at Sales 360, bringing years of experience in leading sales teams and driving substantial revenue growth.
His proudest achievement is generating £3 million in revenue within just 16 months, a testament to his strategic vision and leadership skills.
Simon is passionate about delivering results and continuously improving sales processes to help clients succeed.
Outside of work, Simon is a dedicated football fan, proudly supporting Derby County to the annoyance of Jack. & Nick.
Cloughie is our Chief Bark Officer, and he takes his role very seriously. As the resident office dog, he’s in charge of keeping everyone on their toes with plenty of tail wags and occasional well-timed barks.
His primary responsibilities include looking cute, stealing snacks, and providing emotional support during stressful sales meetings.
When he’s not snoozing under the desk, Cloughie’s favourite activity is chasing balls.
